This is a 35-minute Jesus-filled yoga practice for those days you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, your heart, and from God.

Each time we say yes to Love we reconnect with God and God in us. We reconnect with our purpose, identity, freedom, and peace when we receive and let ourselves be changed by Love.

This yoga practice features side stretching, a focus on leg strengthening, and hip opening.
