Five years ago I started an online yoga sanctuary + teacher training school called The Yoga Abbey that’s impacted thousands of lives. And I’ve recently announced that I am stepping down from day-to-day leadership and hiring a new CEO.

I want to take you behind the scenes of this transition – what led to this decision, what it’s like to run a successful online faith-based business, and what it’s like doing these things as a woman and mother. Consider this my exit interview, my secret diary all about transitioning the active running of my six-figure business to the hands of someone else.
